While management research didn’t prove to be a continuing focus of BRANZ, those early years did reveal some wide-ranging opinions on what made for a productive workforce.

When the building industry rallies from the recession, it will most likely find itself facing a dramatic skills shortage that will, in turn, impact the industry’s future productivity.
