BUILDING RESEARCH ASSOCIATION OF NEW ZEALAND INC
Members of the Building Research Association of New Zealand Inc. are advised that the 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.45 am on Thursday, 5 August 2021 in the Miramar Room, Rydges Wellington Airport Hotel, 28 Stewart Duff Drive, Wellington.
The prescribed agenda is as follows:
- Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting, held on 6 August 2020
- Presentation by the Board Chair and the Chief Executive of the Annual Review and of audited statements of income and expenditure and liabilities and assets, for the year ended 31 March 2021
- Election of auditor for 2021/22
- Any other business in accordance with the Rules of the Association
